Joshua Rollag is working with me in the summer of 2015 to complete the analysis of the Three-Field AdS/QCD Model. Within this model, the scalar f0 meson equation of motion is seen to mix with the equation of motion for the glueball excitations. Using an approximation that is solvable by hand, we found the masses of the excited states of the scalar mesons and glueballs. We also adapted the model to account for a recently proposed new resonance in the axial meson spectrum found in data from the COMPASS collaboration.

Joshua’s research is supported by the Beltmann Fund. Joshua’s work has been accepted for a poster presentation at the 2015 meeting of the Division of Nuclear Physics.
